Skillful Training Sessions

Skillful Training Sessions

Our academic program will feature teacher led learning with research and evidence based curriculum HMH  and focus on individual, small group, and classroom settings to address all student learning needs and levels

Houghton Mifflin Harcourt is the curriculum we will follow at SISU Soccer Academy. It meets Texas State School standards and allows teachers the flexibility to really bring the curriculum to life for our students.

01

TEKS Alignment

HMH materials are designed to meet Texas standards, so teacher resources help ensure instruction stays compliant with what students are tested on.

02

 Structured Scope and Sequence

Resources provide a roadmap to cover content in a logical and comprehensive way across the year.

03

Differentiation

The HMH resource has built-in supports for struggling readers, and  supports for advanced students that make differentiation easier.

04

Assessment Tools

Formative and summative assessments included in the resources help track student progress and adjust instruction.

But our certified teachers are the ones that make the curriculum come to life

MAP Testing

At Sisu, we implement NWEA MAP Growth testing at the beginning, middle, and end of the year to monitor your child’s academic growth and provide parent reports for you to see progress on your child's education journey. This nationally normed, computer-adaptive assessment measures achievement and progress compared to peers across the United States, guiding targeted interventions and enrichment to support each student’s unique learning needs.

Confidence that your child is thriving both on the field and in the classroom.

We proudly support students with Specific Learning Disabilities, with a strong focus on serving learners with dyslexia. Our team includes a Certified Academic Language Therapist with 6 years of experience specifically in dyslexia, who provides targeted support for students with dyslexia both in grade-level instruction and in intensive intervention settings. We offer Tier 3 dyslexia intervention using the Take Flight program through Scottish Rite Hospital, ensuring students receive structured, evidence-based therapy to build reading, writing, and language skills with confidence.
